Where Little Victories Become Big Milestones
For families raising medically fragile children, even the simplest routines like getting to school, managing meals, and scheduling therapies can feel overwhelming. Advanced Care Partners (ACP) PPEC in Port St. Lucie is here to ease that load. With a team dedicated to care and comfort, this Treasure Coast center brings specialized support close to home, giving local families the expertise and compassion they need every day.
Serving children from 0–21 years of age, everyone at ACP is a licensed health care professional. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, services are covered by Medicaid across multiple locations in Florida, including Port St,Lucie , Fort Pierce, Titusville, Jacksonville and Bartow.
Inside the center, skilled nursing care meets an environment designed for children to thrive. Beyond medical support, ACP offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies that nurture growth and independence at every stage. Children are served healthy and nutritional breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, fueling them for a full day of progress and play. Families also rely on safe transportation whether from home or school so parents can focus on work, rest, or the hundred other things life demands without worrying about how to get their child where they need to be. Parents often describe the caregivers as “family,” because every milestone, big or small, is celebrated with joy and genuine love.
That spirit of dedication is why ACP Port St. Lucie has been honored with a 2025 Best of Florida Regional Award, followed by their 2024 Best of Florida Award win. But the real reward comes in the everyday moments: the sound of laughter in therapy, the relief of a parent seeing their child safe and cared for, the small victories that add up to big progress. Guided by values of kindness, commitment, and perseverance and symbolized by their ever-watchful Emperor Penguin mascot, ACP continues to prove that exceptional care is not just a service, but a community promise. For families in Port St. Lucie, it means one thing above all: you don’t have to walk this road alone.
