For nearly 30 years, Wescon Construction, Inc. has helped homeowners and businesses across Florida protect one of their biggest investments: the roof over their heads.
Founded in Melbourne in 1996, Wescon has grown alongside the Space Coast while staying rooted in the same values it was built on: taking care of people, doing quality work, and standing behind it.

“We’re here to take care of people by doing roofing the right way, communicating every step, and treating every home like it’s our own,” said owner and president Kristen Schettino.
Wescon avoids high-pressure sales and one-size-fits-all recommendations. Instead, the team provides honest information, clearly explains options, and recommends solutions suited to each property. That includes considering proper installation, ventilation, flashing, drainage, wind resistance, product selection, and Florida’s heat, humidity, rain, and storms.
Communication continues throughout the project, from inspection and proposal through permitting, installation, cleanup, final inspection, and warranty.
That approach has helped Wescon build long-standing community relationships and earn an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, a 4.9-star Google rating, and now a 2026 Best of Florida Award.
Receiving the award during the company’s 30th year carries special meaning.
