One Roof, Four Kinds of Buzz

Some towns are lucky to have one good bar. Stuart apparently decided that wasn’t ambitious enough. Since changing hands this past January, Frazier Creek Brewing & Distilling Co. has kept its attention where its name suggests: craft beer and house-made spirits. While the operation is also licensed to make wine and cider, beer and spirits are the main event, all served a few hundred feet from the actual creek that inspired the name. The only real question is which side of the menu to start with.

The lineup alone would keep most regulars busy. More than 25 beers stay on tap at any given time, alongside a rotating selection of ciders, vodka seltzers, and over 20 house-made spirits ranging from whiskey to absinthe. Craft cocktails built from those same spirits round out the bar, alongside wine for anyone who wandered in without a beer preference. The building itself splits into distinct spaces: a Beer Garden, a Spirits Lounge, a Tap Room, and a VIP Meeting and Party Room. A first date and a fifty-person fundraiser can happen under the same roof without colliding. Full venue rentals are available for anything from a business networking event to a nonprofit donor mixer.

That range is exactly why Frazier Creek Brewing & Distilling Co. earned their 2026 Best of Florida Honorable Mention Award. The brewery already picked up national attention as USA Today's top new brewery in the country. The more telling detail might be the regulars who show up for one drink and end up staying for a tour of the distillery room instead. Stuart's one creek apparently had room for all of that.
