If Florida had a state beverage (besides orange juice, of course), it’d be something fizzy, sweet, and best enjoyed on a porch swing. Some sodas take you back to childhood, some are bold new twists, and some are so unique you won’t find them anywhere else.
Ever sipped on candied bacon cream soda? What about espresso cola or huckleberry cream? At Sebring’s 7th Annual Soda Festival (April 5-6), the fizz frontier is wide open, with over 200 craft sodas waiting to surprise you.
An Award-Winning Festival That’s Anything but Flat
Named a Top 20 Event by the Southeast Tourism Society, this festival has made a name for itself by celebrating craft sodas in all their fizzy glory. It’s a weekend where nostalgia meets pure carbonation-fueled creativity, and every sip comes with a little excitement.

The Experience

Soda-Pop Princess Pageant – March 30, 2025
Before the festival kicks off, the Soda-Pop Princess Pageant sets the stage, hosted by the Sebring Soda Festival. Open to Highlands County girls ages 9-11, this pageant crowns young royalty who will represent the Sebring Soda Festival throughout the weekend.
During downtown Sebring’s 2-day soda heaven, every bottle tells a story, and every sip is an experience. Classic, quirky, or completely unexpected, there’s a flavor waiting to be discovered. Don’t miss your chance to drink it all in!
