Throughout the year, readers of The Guide to Florida vote for everything they love in the Best of Florida annual awards. The votes are tabulated and compiled along with our editor’s picks and, voilà! The result is a fabulous resource that showcases great businesses across our state. From seafood to seashores and healthcare to home repair, you’ll find organizations that deserve your attention. You’ll find the best contractors, accountants, lawyers, salons and more. All at your fingertips, in print, online and on social media. And the best part? Official Rules: Best of Florida YETI Cooler Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:
The Best of Florida YETI Cooler Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Guide to Florida, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on 07/18/2023 and ends on 07/28/2023. All entries must be received by 07/28/2023 to be eligible for the prize drawing.
Entry Method:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must cast their votes on The Guide to Florida’s “Best of Florida” voting page for the business(es) of their choice. Participants must follow The Guide to Florida’s official Facebook page and share the designated post, as outlined in the post requirements. One entry per person will be accepted. Any additional entries will be disqualified.
Prize:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The prize for the Giveaway is a YETI Cooler, the model and specifications of which will be determined by The Guide to Florida. The approximate retail value of the prize is no greater than $1,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by The Guide to Florida within 72 hours following the end of the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on Facebook within three (3) business days after the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within three (3) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner may be selected at The Guide to Florida’s discretion.
Publicity Release:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow The Guide to Florida to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements, social media posts, and other marketing materials, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
The Guide to Florida reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process. The Guide to Florida is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process or the prize drawing. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to The Guide to Florida's privacy policy.

Official Rules and Winners' List:
For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Tillman, Allen, Greer, LLC at 25 East Main Street, Buford, 30159. Requests must be received within 30 days following the end of the Giveaway Period. By participating in the Giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of The Guide to Florida, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
