Vegan Monarch was founded by award-winning vegan chef Mika Altidor after experiencing a personal health crisis that changed everything. What began as a journey to heal her own body became a mission to help others feel vibrant, seen, and nourished. In doing so, she opened the first vegan eatery in Polk County, turning pain into purpose — one plant-based bite at a time.
