Katrina Cloninger Moyer was born and raised in Polk County, Florida, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters in Educational Leadership. With her varied background in education, mortgages, and insurance, Katrina has a growth mindset that allows her to say, "Why, yes, we can help you!" Her passion for helping others is not limited to her clients; she is frequently found, in and around her communities, supporting local charities through physical labor and sponsorships/donations. 

Katrina lives with her husband, Jeff, their kids, dogs, and chickens in Florida.

Damaris Vasquez, Texas‑born, Florida‑raised, and proudly the first in her family to earn a college degree, she holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Palm Beach State College. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, she discovered her passion at the intersection of finance and real estate and has been helping clients achieve their homeownership goals ever since.

James Kaliszewski was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he attended a technical school that led to a 20-year career in mechanical design and engineering. After spending time in various states, James purchased his first home in Palm Bay, Florida. While purchasing his home, James found his mortgage loan contacts were frequently unavailable to answer his questions. Due to the inconvenience he experienced, James felt compelled to help others with their mortgage lending needs. In joining with Mortgages & More, he found a company that helps people and ensures that customer service is top priority.

James is a huge sports fan, especially college football and basketball, an avid golfer, and a music fan who enjoys going to concerts.
