Mike Smith started in down the street office equipment sales and was highly successful in a tough,competitive marketplace. His results propelled him to higher positions of sales management resulting in  VP of Sales in The SE for a major equipment manufacturer.

An opportunity arose to create a sales training firm using the techniques acquired over many years of sales and management. The target being companies that lacked the skills to attract and motivate talented sales candidates for their needs.
