Jim Baldinger has been settling and litigating disputes for more than 30 years.  In 2021 he retired from the practice of law to devote himself full-time to mediation.  He has the experience, patience, creativity, and tenacity to help you get your case settled.  He mediates a wide range of cases including personal injury, business disputes, employment cases, real estate and construction matters, class actions, condominium and HOA disputes, trust and probate cases, and much more.  He does not handle divorce or family law cases.

Jim is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Certified Mediator in the US District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  He is conducts both online and in-person mediations throughout Florida and nationwide.
