Packing Heat Yoga

We're a new business in Pasco county! We provide personal training and group yoga classes at a one-of-a-kind location on an authentic Florida farm. We believe in keeping it down-to-earth when it comes to all things. Building a strong community starts with a good foundation in ourselves. Our challenging classes provide a supportive atmosphere to help you regain lost strength in body, mind and spirit. Our personal training approach is truly unique due to the owners' varied backgrounds in research and health fields, the military, martial arts, trauma therapy, and performance (athletic & theatrical). Our goal is to help each client feel more resilient and connected to themselves. We love our clients and what we do!
