Lyons Den Sports Performance

My name is Connor Lyons and I've been a strength and conditioning coach for the past 13 years. I've spent the last 13 years working with some of the nation's top athletes. From MLB All Stars to NHL Stanley Cup Champions, Super Bowl Champions, Olympic gold medalists and even our local area high school and middle school up and comers. I spent 10 years working at facilities throughout the Tampa Bay Area and decided to open my own facility during the 2020 Covid Pandemic here in Wesley Chapel! I grew up here in the community having graduated from Wharton High School, and I always wanted to create a space where we could give kids in the area the opportunities that my generation didn't have. Our facility is designed to be a scaled down version of a university strength and conditioning facility in an effort to prepare these kids for the next level of competition. We work with athletes of all kinds but our niche is middle, high school and collegiate athletes. We're here to serve the community and help put Wesley Chapel on the map when it comes to youth athletics!
