Balance Fitness

We are here to have an impact on our community and beyond through teaching positive behavior change that will move individuals toward a healthier lifestyle, resulting in a higher quality of living. We believe that proper exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management are prescription for improved physical and mental health. 

Services include personal training (1:1, 2:1) and small group classes (yoga, Pilates).
