Level Yoga is a community centered space in the charming coastal town of Vero Beach. We believe that the practice of yoga is about coming home to yourself. With every breath, your body opens, your mind quiets, and you learn to embrace the present moment. Studio founder, Amanda Steadman, is a Vero Beach native and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Level Yoga is more than a yoga studio… it’s a space for connection, a space for healing, and a space to simply be.
