Mezza Luna at The Villages

Mezzaluna is characterized by serving authentic Neapolitan recipes fused with Florida cuisine. It was established in 2013 by the founder, German Buitrago. In 2016, Andrea Montealegre, co-owner & Director of Finance, handled the restaurant's daily operations and quality control. Unfortunately, like many other businesses, Mezzaluna had to close its doors for some months during the COVID crisis.

In 2020, Germán and Andrea reopened Mezzaluna and invested effortlessly to position Mezzaluna as one of the most popular restaurants in The Villages. As a clear example, Mezzaluna has been recognized by The Villages Award Program as "The Best Restaurant in The Villages" for several years.

Currently, we can only thank The Villages community for the support they have given to Mezzaluna, allowing us to enhance the famous image of serving superior authentic Italian food with the utmost quality service.
