Southern States Bully Rescue

Southern States Bully Rescue was created 6 years ago with the vision of being a small Organization to provide emergency rescue efforts for a handful of dogs a year. Within the first couple months of creation, the vision of the organization remained the same but on a much larger scale. Led and Directed by two young women, Haley Kazee & Arielle Lyles who dedicate endless hours to save the Bully breed and beyond. Southern States Bully Rescue has been the saving grace for thousands of dogs of all breeds and even a few cats, horses and goats. Many of the animals taken into the Organization come from rural, under privileged animal control facilities, where they are facing euthanasia. Many of these animals have never done anything wrong, they were just born into an overpopulation and/or discarded/unwanted/neglected by their owner. SSBR takes them into care, provides whatever medical care necessary, sterilization and places them in thoroughly screened homes. 

Since the Pandemic many rescue organizations have faced ultimate struggles leading to closure but through perseverance, dedication and much support from the community - SSBR has remained a force to be reckoned with. A true, constant voice for the voiceless.
