Refuge House

Since 1978, Refuge House has provided a safe haven for everyone in our community affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Over the years, thousands of women, men, and children have received valuable resources to help them heal and move on through our shelters, advocacy, individual counseling, and other support services and referrals. Serving survivors throughout the Big Bend as they rebuild their lives is a privilege, and the countless acts of courage humble us every day.
