About Miss Mae’s Sweets & Sourdough
Miss Mae’s started in my home kitchen with a love for real food and a wild sourdough starter that just wouldn’t quit. What began as baking for friends and family turned into a full-blown passion for sharing honest, handmade bread with my community.
Every loaf, cinnamon roll, and sweet treat is made with care no shortcuts, no preservatives, just good ingredients and lots of love. You can find me popping up at local markets with a rotating mix of sourdough breads and sweets, all baked in small batches, by hand.
Right now I bounce around a bit you’ll catch me at the Ocala Downtown Market one Saturday night a month for Girls Night Out and one Sunday a month for their Holiday Markets. Starting September 7, I’ll be set up every Sunday at the Williston Market at Homestead Park, and I can’t wait to grow roots there.
Beyond the bread, I teach sourdough classes at AR Workshop Ocala to help others feel confident working with this beautiful, living dough. My heart is in every part of this and I’m endlessly grateful for the support of this amazing community that’s helped bring Miss Mae’s to life.
