In 2018, after years of success on the road, Think Greek® transitioned to a permanent location in Port St. Lucie. This move allowed Stella and her team to expand their menu, introducing even more of the generational recipes and Greek Fusion dishes that had become their hallmark. The brick-and-mortar location became a community staple, offering a blend of traditional flavors with creative twists that you won’t find anywhere else.
"We are not your typical Greek restaurant," says Chef Stella. "As first-generation Greek Americans, we’ve had the unique opportunity to put an American twist on some of our menu items, creating options that are distinctly ours. Moving to a permanent location has allowed us to expand our offerings and share even more of our delicious recipes with our community."
