Timothy C. Martin is a solo practitioner with more than 12 years of experience providing legal services. He is the sole shareholder of Martin Law Office, P.A. in St. Petersburg, Florida. Martin Law serves the needs of individuals and businesses in a variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on Estate Planning/Probate, LGBT Advocacy, Animal Law, Business Law and Organization, and Real Property.

Tim provides volunteer legal services both directly to consumers as well as through various local organizations, including Bay Area Legal Services, Community Law Program, and Metro Inclusive Health. In addition, he serves intermittently as a volunteer Hearing Officer at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. 

Tim is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and he is a member and director of the Ferguson-White Inn of Court. He is an active member of several committees including The Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Diversity & Inclusion (2020-2023) and Grants subcommittee (2021-present); The Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy Committee (2022-2023); Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee (2014-present, co-chair 2016-2018); former member (chair 2016-2018) of St. Petersburg Bar Association’s Diversity Committee; a Director and current Secretary of Florida Association of LGBT Lawyers & Allies, Inc.; and a Class IX Fellow of The Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy (2021-2022).
