InnoVitale Spa was built on a belief that women navigating perimenopause and menopause deserve more than guesswork and generic advice. It's what happens when someone with two decades of clinical and product expertise decides the spa industry isn't doing enough — and does something about it.

That someone is Sinead Norenius. Her background spans paramedical esthetics for a plastic surgeon, sales and education for Yon-Ka Paris and St. Tropez Tan, and founding her own brand, Beautisol, a sunless tanning and skincare company carried on HSN, spa and resorts and was later acquired. She went on to spend years as a product management executive at billion-dollar SaaS companies. She knows what world-class looks like. She built InnoVitale Spa to that standard.

The catalyst was personal. Sinead entered perimenopause early and without warning. Her skin and body changed, her products stopped working, and her providers offered little guidance. A serious health diagnosis followed. Rather than accepting the gap in care, she filled it.

The result is the Meno "Pause" Facial® — a proprietary 90-minute, 10-step protocol built specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal skin. In Sinead's words: "I didn't want other women to feel the way I did. I wanted to create something that actually worked and treated women with the respect this transition deserves."

Located in St. Petersburg's Midtown neighborhood, InnoVitale Spa is a full-service luxury day spa for men and women, offering innovative facials, clinical peels, pampering massages, nail services, waxing, brows, and lashes. Since opening in July 2024, the spa has earned more than 275 five-star Google reviews.

Community is built into how the business operates. InnoVitale Spa donates monthly services to CASA and Heels to Heal, two organizations supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The belief driving those partnerships is the same one that built the spa: every woman deserves to feel cared for, safe, and seen.
