Now & Zen Studio is a 100% eco-friendly facility designed to be a nurturing and peaceful place, yet provide the necessary space and stimulation needed to recharge as well as build your body and mind. We offer a variety of yoga classes, pilates and barre classes weekly as well as many wellness based workshops. book clubs and events monthly. Our instructors are well educated in their field and are trauma informed. We cater to complete beginners and the more advanced student.
