We are dedicated to bringing adventure gear to pets and their people and to provide you with the best pet adventure gear so you can spend more time adventuring with your best fur friend. We can provide honest feedback because we've tested everything we sell with our own dogs!

MEET THE ADVENTURE PETS

Siberian Huskies, Mishka & Sascha Fierce, were the inspiration for it all. We truly believe life is better with dogs. It is our goal to create the best possible experiences for our dogs because they bring so much happiness to our lives. Wherever we go, we want our dogs to enjoy the adventure with us. At the end of 2016, we left the Northeast to move to the most dog friendly city in the country- Saint Augustine, Florida! 

Sadly, we lost our beloved Mishka at the age of 13 to cancer, but we were able to get her the best treatment possible. We genuinely believe she had the best year of her life here. 
While our loss is heartbreaking, we see it as an opportunity to help other pet owners keep their dogs healthy and active through appropriate nutrition, exercise, and of course adventure! 

In 2018 we welcomed a new member, Kokonut, to the Adventure Pets pack! We rescued Kokonut from Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida, and she is the best little adventure buddy anyone could ask for.
 
In 2020 Gracie, a pembroke welsh corgi, joined the Adventure Pets pack! 
Opening a new chapter on doggie adventuring. You will find Gracie splooting in the shop most days as she has become the shop dog. She's always ready to bark hello and model adventure gear for you! 

HOW IT ALL STARTED

In preparation for a local humane society 5K, we wanted to find Sascha a pair of good quality trail boots and a backpack. Unable to find anything locally, we started searching for suppliers. Seven pairs of boots and three backpacks later, we had found what we deemed to be the best. 

Needless to say, Sascha was a hit at the 5K! We quickly realized other dog owners needed guidance when they started approaching us to ask how we found a pair of boots that would actually stay on the dog’s feet. 

This prompted us to purchase and test a number of outdoor pet products. We wanted to be able to give honest feedback by trying it all on our own dogs. We like helping people find solutions for their pets so much that our hobby turned into the Adventure Pets retail shop.
