350° Bake House & Grill is a chef, family and veteran-owned mobile food truck, restaurant and bakery serving Gadsden, Leon, Jefferson counties and surrounding North Florida/South Georgia communities. Founded by Chef Marleshia and Timothy Clark, a U.S. Marine veteran and retired firefighter, our business blends Southern hospitality with bold, gourmet street eats.

We specialize in firehouse-inspired smash burgers, artisan pastries, and rotating global chef specials featuring locally sourced ingredients. Our menu reflects both comfort and creativity—whether it’s hearty Southern staples like oxtails and catfish or inventive creations like lobster-topped burgers and chef-made desserts.

In addition to regular community pop-ups, we provide private chef services, catering for weddings, showers, and corporate events, as well as seasonal specialty menus. At 350°, we believe in honoring local roots, building community connections, and delivering food that nourishes the soul.
