Advanced Care Partners

Advanced Care Partners have PPEC locations in Titusville, Jacksonville, Fort Pierce and Port St Lucie. We are a medical daycare that’s serves medically fragile kids. Our team of nurses, CNAs, EMTs and Therapists care for these children throughout the day and provide all skilled nursing needs while at PPEC. Some common diagnoses are seizures, tracheostomy, feeding tube and medication administration.
