LF Staffing Port St. Lucie - How do we work? We make hiring talent easy and cost effective.  We provide recruiting, advertising, screening candidates, handling application paperwork and HR requirements.  We cover workers' compensation, liability and take care of all federal taxes and all administrative and payroll costs. We present our most qualified talent to you.  We can arrange for these candidates to interview with you first before you make a decision to hire a temporary or temp to hire person through LF Staffing.  We also provide a variety of computer and office/job specific skills assessment testing and a background screen as part of our complimentary screening. We can provide drug testing for a nominal fee, using Quest Diagnostics. We invoice electronically on a weekly basis for the hours worked by the temp.  

Should you hire full-time or part-time? Most people think of staffing services for supplying full-time talent, but we are great at finding part-time help too. Assess your needs and what type of employee is best for you.  We have a large data base of employees interested in full-time and part-time work. Temporary work and permanent work.  

What's the difference between temporary and temp to hire employees?  Temporary ‘temps’ are wonderful when you have an immediate need - this could be a seasonal increase in business, or replacing an employee who is out on leave or fulfilling a specific project. Temp to Hire is great when you have a long-term need. Typically temp to hire employees work through LF Staffing for a specific number of hours and are then free to transfer onto your payroll with no transfer fee being charged.  It is win-win for both your company and the employee to really see if there is a really good match!
