Brian entered adulthood as a young entrepreneur. Attending Central Florida College in 2006, he graduated (Top of the Class) with a certificate in cosmetology. His passion for making the world a more beautiful place was the fuel that drove his success. Brian knows how to hustle by opening his first salon at 19 and becoming his own CEO of a small independent chain.

He later was presented with a fantastic opportunity to further his success in management and sales by becoming one of the Nation’s leading Regional VPs for a Top Forb 100 company. He discovered his love for numbers and genuinely helping people understand the investment behind the purchase.

Utilizing his passion for people and his newfound love for numbers, he decided to invest in real estate. After meeting with a local agent in the central Florida area, who he would say wasn’t cut out for the job, his brain started spinning, and the light bulb started to glow.

Brian began his Real Estate career in late July 2018. After obtaining his license, he worked hard to achieve his first recognition in 2018 as a Top Producer with over 4 million in sales within his first 6 months. Wow. Placing him among the Top 10% of realtors in his local board.

After having his own bad experience, he vowed always to be the best agent for his people. Since then, He has formed the industry standard “The Griffin Difference”. The Griffin Difference is Brian’s promise to his customers to go above and beyond, further than any other agent.

Brian is proud to say that since his start in mid-2018, he is now a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Florida Partners and has had the blessings of closing over 15 million in sales, helping the world achieve their dreams one closing at a time.

Brian and his family live in the beautiful city of Port Orange Fl, where he and his partner of 15 years have adopted their son, purchased their family home, and have a dog named Nyko.
