With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I specialize in therapeutic, medical, deep tissue, sports, and rehabilitative massage tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Every session is customized using a variety of techniques, including myofascial work, trigger point therapy, stretching, cupping, IASTM, hot stones, ultrasound, and other therapeutic modalities when appropriate.
