Chatarra Restaurant is our mobile food truck proudly serving fresh, high-quality Colombian cuisine with a unique twist. Our menu features Colombian-style burgers, hot dogs, empanadas, and a variety of traditional desserts. A fan favorite is the Cholado—a refreshing treat made with crushed or shaved ice, ice cream, chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and topped with a wafer cookie. We also serve Colombian style loaded fries, and a variety of authentic Colombian sodas, delivering a true taste of Colombia with every bite.
