Hey there, I’m Marc! A Virginia native and proud Virginia Tech Mechanical Engineering grad, I swapped the precision of naval testing for the thrill of coastal real estate—and I haven’t looked back. Now based on the Emerald Coast, I help folks across Bay and Walton Counties find the same sense of belonging I feel living here.

I was born and raised outside of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and I earned my Mechanical Engineering degree at Virginia Tech thanks to the SMART Scholarship-for-Service program through the Department of Defense. That program brought me to Panama City Beach with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, where as a Test Director I coordinated and executed test events ranging from software validation to mine detection systems in the water to live detonations of 2,000-lb bombs.

When the Navy shifted us to telework in 2020, I spent nearly a year behind a computer and realized I missed hands-on teamwork and real-world problem solving. Real estate had always been my side hustle passion—I even pursued extra coursework during college—and my first venture was a classic house-hack: my wife Kendall and I bought a duplex, renovated it, lived in one unit, and rented out the other. That leap of faith paid off in more ways than one, and I decided to pivot full-time into real estate. Since making that jump, I’ve helped over 50 families achieve their own coastal-living dreams across Bay and Walton Counties.

Kendall—my high-school sweetheart and now a vacation-rental manager in Panama City Beach—has been my partner in every adventure. We’ve built our home life around daughter Lainey, our golden doodle Coati, and baby girl #2 on the way. When I’m not matching clients with Gulf-front properties, you’ll find me leading worship at Redeemer 30A (guitar and piano in hand), catching waves at dawn, sinking jump shots on the court, or volunteering alongside Kendall with YoungLife South Walton.
