Upright Spine Center is a trusted chiropractic clinic located in Palmetto Bay, Florida, proudly serving the South Miami community since 2021. Founded by Dr. Amber Williams, a dedicated chiropractic physician and proud HBCU alumna, the practice is rooted in a mission to help individuals live healthier, pain-free lives through natural, non-invasive care. Upright Spine Center specializes in treating patients involved in car accidents, as well as those dealing with sciatica, neuropathy, joint pain, sports injuries, posture-related discomfort, and chronic conditions. Our services include chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, Class IV cold laser therapy, Normatec compression therapy, massage therapy, cupping therapy, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound therapy. What sets us apart is not only our hands-on approach to healing, but also our commitment to community wellness through our nonprofit, Upright Cares Inc., which provides spinal screenings, health education, and care to underserved populations throughout Miami-Dade County.
