Founded in 2018 by husband and wife team, Rafi and Niki, The Green Table Restaurant is an award-winning plant-based restaurant company specializing in bold comfort food, elevated vegan dining, and innovative clean-label cuisine. What started as one small restaurant in Palm Harbor, Florida has grown into multiple locations and concepts throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Green Table On Tour, Wild & Rooted in Trinity, Wesley Chapel at The Krate, and additional expansion currently underway.

The Green Table is best known for creating crave-worthy plant-based comfort food that appeals to vegans and non-vegans alike. From signature burgers, Cubans, Philly sandwiches, brunch, desserts, and over-the-top milkshakes to elevated dinner experiences and food truck events, the company specializes in redefining what people expect from vegan cuisine.

In addition to its restaurants, The Green Table is also the creator of 26Roots Foods, a growing national plant-based food brand focused on clean-label proteins and innovative comfort food products for retail and foodservice distribution.
