Good Sam’s Assisted Living Residence has been a trusted and cherished part of the community since 2001, and has been under the leadership of Judy Fermin-Ostrin since 2016. This is a family-owned and operated facility in Palm Coast, Florida, dedicated to serving the seniors of Flagler County with compassion, respect, and personalized care. Our mission is to provide a warm, home-like environment where residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live with dignity and independence.

At the heart of Good Sam’s is Owner and Administrator Judy Ostrin, who brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including a strong background as a registered dietitian. Her deep knowledge and compassionate leadership have shaped a care philosophy that values both clinical quality and human connection.

We believe that aging should be a time of continued growth, community, and comfort. At Good Sam’s, we honor the individuality of each resident, offering personalized support that meets a wide range of physical, emotional, and social needs. We offer assistive care, long & short term care, respite care, and palliative/hospice support.
