Jorge Duran

Jorge is a successful entrepreneur with broad experience in the construction industry. Prior to founding Stoughton & Duran Custom Homes, he had the privilege of owning and operating several other businesses, which provided him valuable experience in management and sales along with many other facets within the construction industry. With nearly 20 years experience of hard work and entrepreneurship under his belt, Jorge is "Committed to Being the Best" in every aspect of design and construction. Upon relocating to Palm Coast, Jorge met Bill Stoughton, who was retired at the time, and began what has become a lifelong friendship and working relationship. Their shared interest in home building and passion for doing things right are the foundation of Stoughton & Duran Custom Homes.

Bill Stoughton

Bill started his career in Virginia in the early 70’s, building custom homes primarily in mountain resort areas. This was the beginning of a 50-year success story, built on Bill’s reputation and experience in consulting, design, financing, land development and the construction of single-family homes; including much of the development of Halifax Plantation. Then, as now, Bill focused on both the functionality and style of his designs, with constant attention to detail and the structural integrity of the home.
