The Total Beverage Companies creates microbreweries and brewpubs for third party clients and partners with investors, joint ventures, angel investment and private equity groups in microbreweries, brewpubs, and production brewery facilities. This gives The Total Beverage Companies an advantage over most beer breweries as we understand all aspects and facets of the brewery industry from manufacturing to retail and from customer service to production distribution.

Total Beverage is a unique, end to end, customizable and made to order menu of options, choices, selections, networks, possibilities, and opportunities that most microbrewery or beverage companies do not offer. We understand that most third-party purchasers looking to invest, partner or buy a business want to not only offer a desirable product, but they also wish to offer services, facilities, amenities, and entertainment that will keep their customers and clientele engaged and involved for a longer period of time, which translates into a more enjoyable customer experience and of course, a larger profit. We take the time to thoroughly understand the investors, partners, or purchaser's complete vision of what he, she or they are looking to create for their customer experience. We create a strong groundwork and foundation and through our BrewMasters Business Butler concierge service, build a customized, turnkey, end to end solution to capture the desired result, "which is the most enjoyable customer experience". Our managing partner Mr. Sandeep Bhatnagar has set up over 75 third party breweries worldwide in the last decade some for JW Marriott, The Radisson Hotel Group and a pending contract with the Taj Hotels and we opened our first equity owned location in Lake Mary, Florida in Late September 2019, which created over 20 jobs.

The South Daytona Brewery Project is going to be 12,000 square feet and will have a full bar, a health bar, restaurant, event center with catering to host business meetings, private parties, small conferences of 500 (+/-) people, a podcast room, a nightclub with live entertainment on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, a humidor with live cigar rollers, a membership club that includes lockers for its members, an Amsterdam style coffee shop that will look to infused CBD and THC (currently from hemp, which is legal) until recreational use is approved into cappuccino and espresso. We will have a similar comfortable seating area with large couches and big chairs, each with a charging station and high-speed internet. This itself will bring in the 21 to 30 age demographic which a standard brewery bar restaurant doesn’t. We will also have a beer garden with a putting green and an outdoor movie screen for family night movies as well as an accommodating dog park. We will also offer a self-serve beverage wall that will include beer, hard seltzer, wine, kombucha, soft drinks, coffee, and tea, Finally, we will also look to franchise five times in the next five to seven years. We will look to take a portion of every partnership disbursement and place it into an attorney trust account until we can start the next location build out, this will allow all partners in the first location (SDBP) to be partners with the same equity in all the other locations. Imagine in five years getting several equity disbursement checks every quarter. This will be the ultimate partnership. This will make a total of 9 or so income streams and will likely have several running at the same time. This enhances the likelihood of success as many restaurants and bars only serve food and alcohol. Once we are successful within our four walls, we will look at distribution.

The Total Beverage Companies are looking to redefine the brewery industry as we are already involved in the brewery, bar, and restaurant end (retail) and look forward to getting involved in the production brewery distribution end. Most breweries are either in the retail end, manufacturing, or the distribution end. Total Beverage, under different companies and corporate structures, will bring that local flair into the production brewery and distribution end where all the large distribution companies operate. Our local flair and customer service will surpass what is currently being offered in the beer production and distribution arena and our “exceed customer service policies” will be unveiled as we launch our beer production and distribution projects. Over a decade ago our managing partner, Sandeep Bhatnagar formed Ambicon Consultants and later became Ambicon BrewPub Private Limited of India and proceeded to set the bar and capture approximately 60% market share in the sales and service brewery industry in India. Sandeep then decided to take his successful, proven and verified brewery solutions to the United States and formed Total Beverage. Sandeep is currently in the process of emigrating to become a US citizen through an immigration attorney in Orlando, Florida. The Total Beverage Companies are fast becoming the “go to” brewery group by earning the brewery industries respect and accolades as we continue to cultivate the right relationships and develop the best associations.
