I became a chiropractor to help my patients get rid of pain naturally and improve their quality of life.  It is so amazing to help people feel better and I get a front row seat to watch it happen.  Everyone can benefit from chiropractic care starting from birth. I offer different ways to treat my patients as I don't believe any one way is best for everyone.  I offer gentle, instrument assisted adjustments, manual adjustments, and a combination of the two.  Warming up the muscles before treatment is a must and exercises and stretches for home care are frequently provided.  Getting well and staying well requires my patients to be active participants in their own treatment plan.  Besides full spine adjustments, I often adjust extremities.  This includes hands/wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, feet/ankles, and the TMJ.  Electric muscle stimulation and ultrasound therapy are offered at an additional cost but whole body vibration therapy is available with each treatment.  CBD creams without THC are available for purchase.
