Jennifer Ruiz Santiago, known as Chef Jenn, is an entrepreneur, Executive Chef, community advocate, and the founder of La Diva by Chef Jenn, a full-service catering and hospitality company serving Central Florida and beyond.

Through La Diva by Chef Jenn, Jennifer has built a business centered around exceptional food, personalized service, and creating memorable experiences. Her company specializes in weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, holiday gatherings, and special events, offering fully customizable menus designed to meet each client's vision, preferences, and dietary needs.

Beyond her work in the culinary and hospitality industry, Jennifer is deeply committed to community involvement and nonprofit leadership. As a member of the Board of Directors for Presbyterian Counseling Center, Networking Connects Women of Daytona Beach, After Awareness, & Trailside Tennis Foundation Inc. and she is passionate about giving back to the community.

Jennifer brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial leadership, event planning, fundraising, relationship building, and community engagement to everything she does.
