Fit2Row is a small boutique rowing studio. We focus on the client along with safety and technique. Here at Fit2Row we focus on the clients. This is a full-body workout. It is a building process. The classes are 45 minutes long, but if you can only do 20 minutes that is ok! It’s all all about the client!
