Central Florida Karate Academy

Central Florida Karate Academy is a family run martial arts studio that opened its doors in June 2008 in Celebration, Florida. We are currently located at 3708 Town Center Blvd. in the Hunters Creek area of Orlando.  We don't require long term contracts and offer a free trial class. Students can attend up to FOUR classes per week. We make discipline and respect fun! Our training goes beyond martial arts and helps students build confidence and focus and learn life skills to help them accomplish their goals.  

We teach the traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do to both children and adults. We offer enrollment on a monthly basis and no long term commitment!  We are a family run business and our Master Instructor is a 6th Degree Black Belt in the art of Tang Soo Do. 

Tang Soo Do, (pronounced “tung sue doe”) is a traditional Korean martial art. It is a primary system of empty handed self defense dating back about 2,000 years. Tang Soo Do was originally used as a way for the common people to protect themselves from the sword of the Samurai.  The techniques of Tang Soo Do combine elements of shotokan karate, subak, taekkyon, and kung fu.
