Hi, I'm Dr. Julia Connor, a physical therapist and the founder of Connect Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health & Wellness. I specialize in helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, and return to exercise with confidence.

My approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with individualized, one-on-one care. I believe every patient deserves the time, attention, and support needed to understand their body, feel heard, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating with high honors and receiving the Stanley V. Paris & Catherine E. Patla Award. Since then, I have pursued advanced training in pelvic health, women's health, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

About Connect Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health & Wellness

Connect Physical Therapy was created to provide a more personal and empowering healthcare experience for women. We offer specialized pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy services for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, bladder leakage, constipation, prolapse, fertility support, and return-to-fitness concerns.

Unlike traditional clinics, every session is one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy. Our goal is to provide unhurried, individualized care that helps women understand their symptoms, restore function, and feel confident in their bodies again.

Located in Orlando's Lake Nona area, Connect Physical Therapy offers both in-office and mobile concierge services, making expert pelvic health care more accessible and convenient for busy women and families.

At Connect Physical Therapy, we believe women deserve care that is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Support. Strength. Confidence.
