Paving the Way Foundation

At Paving the Way Foundation, our mission is to empower communities to disrupt child exploitation and trafficking through prevention education and awareness. Through programs like our Flagship Program Cyber Savvy Training™, along with our PEER Advocacy Program and our Parents Education Program, we equip youth, parents, educators, and community members with the tools they need to recognize risks, make safer choices, and protect one another.

For the past 10 years we've educated and trained over 49,000 youth and parents, in person in small groups with remarkable results. After our training 50% of youth turn on their privacy settings, turn off location settings. 61% share with they learn with their friends and family! 57% walk away from potentially dangerous situations to cool off. 

One student wrote, "I never realized how easily someone could pretend to be someone else online. Now I know what to look for and how to protect myself."

What began as a series of classroom conversations became a ripple effect throughout the community. Students took safety lessons home, parents started important discussions with their children, educators and community leaders gain greater awareness of the challenges youth face in today's digital world.

By providing education before a crisis occurs, Paving the Way Foundation helps young people build the confidence, knowledge, and resilience to navigate risks safely. Every training session represents more than information shared—it represents lives empowered, families strengthened, and communities better prepared to protect their children.
