Since 1995, we have been spreading the therapeutic benefits of Iyengar Yoga in South Florida and Internationally. We are well known for personalized programs for those with back problems, anxiety, MS, other ailments. Our aim is to guide our students to cultivate a yoga practice in order to reap the physical and mental benefits that lead to peace of mind.

We offer live-streamed classes, in person yoga workshops at Yoga 1 in Hollywood, FL and Yoga Vacations and Retreats. We also train teachers through our mentorship program in order to elevate the profession of yoga.
