Bocca Lupo is Italian for Mouth of the Wolf. The Italians say, "In Bocca al Lupo" to express good luck. All of our pies are coal fired in an open mouth, high temperature oven we call "The Wolf." The 1200 degree coals bake our pies with a crispy-chewy crust and signature char.
