Haven Chiropractic & Wellness is a family-centered chiropractic practice where healing and

personalized care align. We specialize in gentle, effective adjustments tailored to your unique

needs, allowing your body to function at its best. I am Webster Technique certified which is a

specific analysis and adjustment for pregnancy. Webster Technique focuses on the muscles,

ligaments, and joints that support and surround the pelvis to help restore balance, promote

comfort, and optimize space for both mom and baby. I think what gives me the most pride is the

fact that women trust me with their bodies during such a vulnerable, crucial time and then also

trust me to care for their babies when they're finally earthside. What sets me apart is the fact

that my recommendations for care also come from a place of personal experience. I am a mom,

I had Webster Technique performed on me while I was pregnant, chiropractic helped me heal as

a c-section mom, and I also saw the profound effect chiropractic had on my daughter. She was

a preemie who went on to hit all of her developmental milestones on time, that's wild!

I have experience with pregnancy, postpartum, infants, and children but I do see men as well,

especially weekend warrior dads that want to keep doing crossfit or playing golf! I offer

chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilization, and often give patients exercises/stretches to

help maintain positive progress outside of the office. Patient education is a cornerstone of my

practice. Teaching people about what's happening with their body allows them to be in tune with their 

body, make informed decisions, and ultimately, reach their goals.
