We are a local computer repair business located in New Port Richey. We handle all types of computer repairs, and also create custom websites, SEO, and Managed IT services.
I charge $85/hr + travel fee for mobile / on-site repairs, and have set prices when working out of my office.
You can drop off your computer at my office, or I can drive to your location.
I can also pickup and drop-off the computer to your location.
I have been passionate about and fixing computers since I was a teenager, and even started a little repair shop out of my home when I was still young, fixing computers for family, friends, and the neighborhood.
I read articles frequently from the top security experts across the country and am continuously evaluating third-party tools.
I study the best technicians and incorporate their processes into my own.
I’ve been fixing computers for over 15 years now.
I'm currently studying to receive a Bachelors in Computer Science.
My areas of expertise are performance, security, networks & WiFi, malware hunting, virus removal, data recovery, general PC issues & troubleshooting, upgrading from HDD to SSD, Windows installations, Microsoft Office, email, printer support, and more.
I also mentor about how to use your device and best practices.
I also do Security Camera and Doorbell Camera setup and installation.
I can do mobile / on-site repair if you're within a 20-mile radius of me, which covers all of Pasco County as well as some surrounding areas.
I care about my customer's convenience and safety, and so I make it a point to offer quick tips or lessons on how to best avoid the mistakes that caused them to need to call me in the first place. I will let you know if there's a better, easier, safer way of doing the things that you're currently doing.
I care about handing your PC back to you in a clean and performant state. I will go through every inch of your PC and make sure it’s completely clean and runs as well as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss what needs to be worked on and tentatively agree to a quote.
2. Schedule the appointment or pickup/drop-off.
3. Work is completed and payment is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been fixing computers unofficially for over 15 years. In 2016 while still living in California I started a computer repair business. When I moved to Florida about 3 years later, I started Pasco PC Fix. I’m also currently working on receiving a Bachelors degree for Computer Science.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work when I was a teenager and I found myself consistently being asked by everyone around me to help them fix their PC. I always thought of computers as a fun hobby for the longest time, and never thought about turning it into a business until I started college.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked mostly with residential clients, as well as small businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the repair technician on the phone and see if you get a good sense about whether they really care about solving the core issues.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Try to condense the problem into a sentence or two that you’re able to type into google and get relevant results. This will make it much easier to discuss once you’re on the phone with the repair technician.
