     I enjoy working with people to assist them in overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who believes in making a connection with the client, understanding their history, goals and obstacles, and providing the appropriate homework to create insights and momentum for them to achieve their potential.   I absolutely love what I do and provide the therapeutic experience in a positive, relatable and economically reasonable manner. My past experience directing successful large non profit organizations, serving on executive boards, co-founding a mental health counselors association, facilitating leadership programs, and maintaining community collaborations contribute to the resources and success the clients have access to in their journey of self improvement and growth.
