HOW WE WORK

We cook everything from scratch using organic poultry and produce, grass fed beef and lamb, and wild caught seafood. 

Our chefs are highly skilled and trained professionals who have worked in Miami's fine dining establishments. They are experienced with every conceivable food allergy or dietary preference and can accommodate any ingredient restrictions. 

We have a seasonal menu published on our web site, but we consult with each client for each event to craft their own, personalized menu. 

DINNER PARTIES OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS -- PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES

We're not a traditional caterer in the sense that we customize every meal and every menu for each client and event. The sky is the limit -- you are not restricted to a set menu. Everything we prepare is fully customizable for any preferences or food restrictions. 

We'll send a professional chef team to cook, serve, and clean up. We book up months in advance, so we require a minimum of 6-8 weeks' notice.

100% PERSONALIZED WEEKLY MEALS 

We prepare a custom menu for each client, each week for their review and approval. Each dish is prepared from scratch by professional chefs according to the client's specifications. We use only premium ingredients -- organic poultry and produce, wild-caught seafood, grass-fed beef and lamb. Meals are delivered multiple times a week in labeled, ovenable containers with simple heating instructions. For this service, we ask that the client complete a FOOD QUESTIONNAIRE, so we can learn their dietary preferences. It takes 5-10 minutes to fill out. We'll then assign a chef who will plan the menus each week and interact directly with the client or house manager for menu requests. We have some SAMPLE menus on our website. These are not necessarily what we would prepare for you, but it gives you an idea of the range and flexibility. 

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES FOR INFLIGHT MEALS

We can provide Michelin Star quality meals for privately owned or chartered jets. We work directly with the flight crew to ensure the meals are prepared according to the aircraft's capacity. We deliver directly to the FBO.
