First Order of Jiu-Jitsu

  We teach Jiu-Jitsu to children and adults of all ages. It is our goal to  teach the values of integrity, compassion and honor in a  family-friendly setting. 

      Every year parents struggle to find a program for their child that  provides an entertaining learning environment. Jiu-Jitsu affords its  members the ability to develop the highest level of physical, mental,  and critical thinking skills.  The techniques learned have wide ranging  practical utility in one’s everyday life. Taking aside the obvious  health benefits, the numerous other skills learned as a result from this  high-level training make this martial art an invaluable experience for  people of all ages.
