The Hype Real Estate Group is a Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in sourcing true, off-market opportunities throughout the state of Florida. Our team has sold over $150M of total volume since our inception in October of 2020. Our deal flow expands multiple asset classes, but primarily focuses on the industrial, retail, multifamily, and land sectors as we have seen very strong growth for these asset classes within the past two years. 

As of Q3 of 2023, our team is composed of 12 associates who are determined, motivated, and ambitious to grow their careers and bring values to our clients.
