Unlike many other senior living communities in our area, we are a rental community. With us, there is no large buy-in fee, no long-term commitment, and no complicated contracts. Instead, our residents will pay a monthly rent that includes everything you need to live well. Amenities, services, maintenance, active lifestyle, entertainment, and utilities are all included in the monthly rent. 

For peace of mind, The Contemporary also offers easy access to health care services at MedSquare Place. MedSquare Place features multispecialty medical offices, as well as Optum, a network of physicians and health care professionals specializing in caring for older adults.
