   We are a Miami, Florida-based Gourmet Coffee Roaster.                                                                         Joe Lopez formed MIA Coffee in April of 2018, after having worked for decades with top national and regional coffee roasters and distributors. Since its launch, Joe has grown MIA Coffee to over 500 customers consisting of restaurants, cruise lines, and country clubs.

Well known for sourcing the world’s best beans, roasting to perfection in a state-of-the-art facility, and delivering artisan-quality coffee to your cup every day. Small batch roasting and one-week rotations result in a distinctive quality and texture that is unique to MIA Coffee.
